In my last post... I was considering giving up and scoring a anxiety meds to help me deal. I was not a huge fan of this idea... so I decided to try supplements instead. I researched natural anxiety treatments and decided on a combo that seemed like a good idea for me...
GABA
L-Theanine
So far... WOW. I haven't felt this relaxed in years. Got them today and already feeling a difference. Took 1500mg GABA... and 400mg L-Theanine.
After years of stress and sickness... I am hoping this method will help teach my brain to relax again. So far it's working. But long term affects... we'll see
Any thoughts/advice?
