Hello and Acrodermatitis chronica atrophica (ACA) question

I'm new here. I've been looking for info on the web about Lyme.
2 weeks ago I saw a poster about ticks which had a picture of EM rash and realised that I'd had that with a tick bit 12 years ago.

My initial search of symptoms for Lyme actually tallied with alot of what I've experienced over those years. Which I and the doctors had put down to a back injury....-pain, numbness, tingling and fatigue. Since having my daughter 5 years ago I can add pain in my wrists, hands, knees, feet and something odd going on with the hearing in one ear.
Most of this I put down to getting older.

However, I came across ACA, looked at a few pictures and my skin looks similar. I wouldn;t call it a rash, it's just the colour and texture of my skin. It's bluey/purple/red depending the temp of my skin. It's really noticable on my hands, Ive got a band from mid hand, over the knuckles into the fingers ob both hands and on and around my knees. There's also discolouration on my legs and upper arms.

I'm trying to remember when this appeared, but it seems to have happened gradually. I don't seem to be able to find out much info on it, so was wondering if anyone here has experienced this. I think from what I've read that this occurs more with European strains of Lyme. I'm in Scotland.

I've been to my GP who didn't know what to do with late Lyne presentation, but is off to research things and is phoning me next week.

Prehaps I'm being optimistic, but my GP ( General Practitioner, first doctor you go to in UK )
is fine with a Lyme diagnosis from my description of the EM rash I had and because at the time, i was working with horses in an area known for Lyme. She's personally never dealt with anyone turning up 12 years late! So is finding out who to refer me to. Am also hopeful as Lyme is a notifiable disease in Scotland, unlike the rest of the UK. We'll see.
