My doc recently put me on a diet which includes drinking a shake made from non-denatured (raw) whey protein and cold pressed fish and flax oil. Though he uses this for his Type II Diabetes patients, he is using it with me as an anti-inflammatory. Here is why it works:

Wholly cow! I have only been doing it for about
a week and am herxing right now, but it seems to be making a difference. The RA isn't quite as debilitating as it usually is during a herx, thought I will keep everyone posted.
If you are interested, this is the ONLY one he recommends because it must be raw (if not it can make things worse) and it should be from grass fed cows (or else the fats can also increase inflammation).

I've been a nutritional consultant for years, and going through this disease is really making me take an even closer look at how these bodies work.
