WOW has anybody seen this?

I saw this on TV today.  It's about a former Mayor exposing conspiracies and secrets that the government hides from the public. In this episode he discovers that a biolab on Plum Island, MA actually created Lyme Disease and is experiementing injecting the virus into ticks which is how Lyme Disease was created.  I thought it was really interesting and i'll post the link.  Let me know what you guys think...

Hmmm, was Plum Island around in 1883?
