So we got the full panel of IgeneX on my 5 year old son.
My question is on his CD 57. Are the ranges the same for children? His were very low.
Absolute 28
(% Lympho) .92
He was pretty positive for Lyme
IFA B. Burgdorferi Pos. 80 (+ or > 80 positive)
IGM Neg.
18 ++
23-25 IND
41 IND
IGG Positive
30 +
31 IND
34 +
39 +
41 ++++
45 +
58 +
He was also indeterminate for Rickettsia. Any insight advice much appreciated. We are taking him to see Dr. R in NJ on Monday who ordered the tests (well I actually added the CD 57 and BART FISH on the form myself).
Health and healing to you and your family.

Oh, Trailwalker,
So sorry that your son has gotten infected. I sure he'll be on the mend soon. Our thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear about
your son. Did he have a bullseye? We just went to Dr. R in NJ with my 12 year old son. He is very thorough. Comes across as stoic but is actually very nice and funny. My son loved him. He ordered a brain MRI on my son and continued him on doxy and more blood work after 2 months of doxy. My son was positive on almost all bands by lab corp. Is your son having symptoms? Is he on antibiotics yet? I don't know about
the CD57. I haven't had much luck with it. Both my husband and I both have lyme and our CD57 was within normal range. My LLMD says that coinfections can throw off the test.
