YES!! Been there-done that! It is lots of fun!! Especially the full moon floats. Ahhhh, nothin better. Can't wait to do that again. Its not quite as fun when fatigued but still is.

I wondered about those UV clothes - maybe I better for future times. When I feel halfway decent I really need to force myself the rest of the way or I will surely go insane.
I am an outdoors person and feel trapped, doomed, lost, lonely and pathetic when I am stuck INSIDE and on the couch for hours on end! That is soooo not me - but yet it has been
So I thank God when I feel ok enough and have enough energy to go do something.
Kayaking can be a great workout but it can also be a relaxing therapeutic activity. if I get too tired, just stop paddling and when I am dizzy, well I can paddle in a circle if I want - unlike me walking into walls at the house when I am off balance...can't walk in a straight line anymore!!
Now if I can just force myself in the morning because that is my worst times - it takes me hours to have any energy at all, not to mention the headaches.
What is bad is that I am thinking I am so glad it is tomorrow and not today because I feel totally wiped out - maybe from swimming yesterday? yikes
