Looking for LLMD in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

I think I may have lyme disease since i am currently experiencing a few of the symptoms. I currently live in the suburbs of Philadelphia and am looking for a LLMD in either PA or NJ. If anyone has any contacts, could you please email me, [email protected]
