Looking For Brian from MI with Lyme

Hi - I am desperately trying to find an old friend that I met through one of these forums.  Back in 2007 he was an active member and suffered with a lot of visual disturbances as well as fatigue / joint pain.  At the time he had just gotten his Lyme diagnosis but I was still searching.  He pushed me to get a Lyme test but I didn't follow through since I had NO joint pain, NO fevers, NO rashes ...... But, this year I had my first Western Blot which had a couple of positive bands (got retested several time and negative each time)...I really want to update him and find out how he is doing as well, any help is greatly appreciated...ps all I know is he is from Michigan, He is probably around age 28-30, and he used to be on this forum maybe in 2007, on and his name is Brian.

Hi Neuro. I do remember seeing your name a few years back when I was first sick. I also seem to remember a Brian from Michigan that was around my age. Was his name on here Bdub? Me and him used to talk a lot if that is the same person. My symptoms are very similar and I don't usually have joint pain unless I am herxing. Mostly Neuro/vision/cognitive problems and fatigue. The fuzzy vision, the after images and other stuff. I also had no fever or rashes. But once I started treating my Lyme with Doxy my legs broke out with stretch mark type marks on my thighs which my LLMD informed me was the Bartonella rash which then confirmed my Lyme diagnosis after having a negative lyme titer and not a full positive western blot but a few bands indicating Lyme.

Also Mike do you know what bands were positive for you?

Sorry I do not remember. My western blot was taken a few years back. I did have Bdubs aol name for a while but I haven't talked to him in a really long time and can't access my aol at the moment. It's been a really long time since I used it and my Lyme brain can't remember the password.
