What do you do to help with your fatigue?

Just wondering what some others might have used to help with fatigue....? My llmd always told me no caffeine so I stay away from that. He wanted me on B12 Injections but insurance would not pay for that. I have used sublingual B12 Tablets which help a little but hoping you guys might have a few other things that you have had success with helping with your fatigue...

Ginseng and Astragalus helped bring me some energy. But the effects seemed to wear off after a few months of useage.

DHEA is my new favorite.

I have been doing a little Gingseng. Only try to buy drinks with it when I come across them in a store. What is DHEA?

Eleuthero, aka Siberian Ginseng, worked wonders for me. I followed Stephen Buhner's protocol on it:

*Herb Pharm Eleuthro (Siberian ginseng extract) is the form Buhner recommends to start with. Herb Pharm Eleuthero is the only form available in very high potency of 2:1. for first 30-60 days, 1 teaspoon 3 times a day (page 137), then discontinue for 2 weeks.

After those 2 weeks off I just switched to taking the whole herb in pill form as needed. Most days I don't even need it.

I never gave up coffee and I still drink my coffee... I'm not going to lie.   I am a real coffee nut, I grind my own beans and I love it...  That was one thing I decided a long time ago that I was not going to give up...   So that helped me and I still enjoy it..

I finally compromised with my Acu doc - she wanted me caffeine free, and, like Deejavu, I said No way!!! So I compromised with 1/2 caff coffee! Although I have found that if I drink any caffeine after noon, it keeps me awake at night.
Fortunately for me, my energy levels raised quite a bit after several months of treatment for Lyme - although that's not saying much since I was pretty much house bound.

Yeah I feel like my energy level did improve when I was feeling much better. After about 2 years of treatment. I was probably about 80% well but since then with this relapse I am extremely fatigued. I do still drink decaf coffee but caffeine I can not do anymore. Not even because my LLMD suggested against it but because it makes me all shaky and heart races...
