Lumbrakinase

Hi, Im new here and have a ? about die off.

Background: just found an llmd who wants me to do the 3wk abx challenge with herbals b/c my igenex results were questionable.

I took 1 lumbrakinase this morning along w/ half the recommended herbals not wanting an overwhelming die off. Within a few hrs I felt slightly nauseous and a weird feeling in my head. All similar to when I started taking EDTA for a yeast protocol.

Because I started the herbals at the same time, I'm not sure if it's the herbals or lumbrak. causing die off. Anyone have experience with it and die off?
