Sweat or No Sweat, That is the Question

I know that my sense of feeling is off and all, but even this seems odd to me:

A couple of times within the past several days I've felt my shirt get wet over my left side. There were signs of being wet on the shirt, but when I felt my skin it wasn't even the slightest bit moist. This also seems odd to me because this has happened when I've bent over in so much pain that I just wanted to throw up. It's my left side so I'm not too concerned about it - I have a 5+ cm cyst on my right side (though, both my legs hurt and it really hurts to sit down).

I'm just wondering if anyone's ever felt this or might know what's going on...

The first time it happened, I quickly lifted up my shirt to make sure I wasn't bleeding or something like that O.o

It doesn't help that the radius of pain keeps growing...

No appointment soon, but I did call a couple of doctors - machine for both (a bit weird considering it was during office hours)

Actually, I've felt this 2 other times but on my left breast (the one that I've been checked - not well, though - for cysts). There was never any discharge though or wet stain.

I don't think I'm actually sweating though O.o

I know I was in the middle of my English class and I had to go to the bathroom. I ended up bent over feeling rather sick keeping in mind that it was my left side (some relief). Then I was like... ugh... why is my shirt wet right here? It's the side without a cyst, which is good cause the cyst is a dermoid cyst (look that up and tell me that that's not disturbing).

The pain just comes out of nowhere and builds/radiates. It feels like I have a huge rock pressing against probably more than one organ, getting gutted with a spoon, getting bones carved (right by the rib cage, but it's actual muscle), and it feels like that muscle (or group of muscles) is knotted.

I don't know. I'm just glad it's not the right side. I don't want the ER up here dealing with my cyst, especially if it burst. Nor do I want it taken care of at home - they don't even want to remove it. It's 5+ cm and it's just going to keep growing...
