I used to use both at the gym and much more preferred the dry heat sauna as I could tolerate it better. I suppose it is a personal preference. I never considered which would be more effective, have no idea.
I am soon going after a FIR infrared sauna. I hear Sams club has the 2-person for $1,200...not bad.
I was considering the portable but now hubby has it too so I am going for the 2 person sauna. Can't wait.
