Has anyone taken these supplements. I had someone say that it really helped with his brain fog not sure if anyone had a similar result. If so do you know of any of the good brands out there? I know some can be much less effective than others.

Yea I think so I know fish oil has plenty of health benefits but I wasn't so sure that it would be so effective for your brain.

I notice that I feel better when I take it.
I have read that it is important to make sure it is not rancid. So check the expiration date and store it in the fridge. That can help with the fish flavored burps that some people experience.

I've taken fish oil the past two years or so daily. I take the brand Orthomega fish oil. Nordic naturals is a good brand too. Just make sure it says "molecularly distilled" so its free of toxins, mercury, etc. It helps a lot with fluidity of thoughts and just an overall sense of well being.

My sister sent me this clip today with Dr. Oz on Omega 3's. I found it pretty helpful/interesting as I've been thinking about
adding them to my supplement regimen.
