FIR saunas are a
very effective tool for detoxing!! I'm really glad to hear that you are using one!
You might want to back down to 20 or 25 minutes at a time until you get more accustomed to it. No need to push too hard or too fast, as it really doesn't help matters. Also please be sure that you are very well hydrated before, during and after using the sauna! Don't want you to pass out from dehydration either!!
