I cut my sugar intake a lot yesterday trying to implement a no yeast diet. I do have low blood sugar and have to eat frequently.
I ate dinner last night about 6 pm and only drank a little bit of kefir milk after that. This morning as I was getting ready, I felt really weak and my hand was shaking. I stopped to eat a slice of bread with peanut butter assuming it was my low blood sugar.
I felt better within a short time. But since I've come to work, I feel dizzy and still not with it. I've been taking a lot of olive leaf which also lowers blood pressure. My bottom number was 60 last I checked (don't remember the top but it was low too). Before taking supplements my BP was always 120/80 so it's dropped a lot from the olive leaf and mastic gum (an herbal I recently took for 6 months for a stomach ulcer).
Does low blood sugar effects last this long? Or could this be something else, maybe the BP?
