Liver / Gallbladder Flush Recipes

I'd be careful with verbatim references to Jernigan's book, there may be a copyright issue (he may not care and you have credited him but still, the risk of copyright violation might exist).... I contacted my LLMD and asked about the gall bladder flush and she has referred me to a local naturopathic practitioner to 'help'. I am going to plan to see her and will report bvack to the forum. I know I have gall stones and it worries me some that I might dislodge one and get it stuck in a bile duct....

AchievingGrace, this is why I have not done this flush yet.. I read the ingredients and say to myself (Yuck!!!)   

But I know it's really healthy and I should force myself to do it..  I never realized how important our livers really are until I read these links..

Yazzer, you are right so I e-mailed the Hansa Center and let them know that I typed out Dr. J's recipe..  I am waiting for a response.  I don't think Dr. J. will mind as he sents out e-mails all the time with instructions on how to do things.

Are you signed up for those e-mails?

Excellent! My acupuncturist lent me a book called something like The gall bladder and liver miracle cleanse. She swears by it...so I may Just try it sometime soon. I went to see the surgeon about my gall stones and to my surprise he did not suggest I get it taken out! Of course, his eyes did kinda glaze over when I asked him if it might be inflamed due to chronic Lyme! Lol...well, you can't win em all!

I would love to hear how people do. I've considered this for years but was never sure how sick I would feel.
