I would get the largest dose and most strains that you can find and afford. I didn't realize it was going to be difficult to get rid of thrush after it appeared. I have the same problem. I can't tell what is a herx, what's a side effect of the medication, what's from Candida overgrowth. I have constant symptoms that change around and get worse sporadically during the day. I don't feel like I can confidently identify a herx within my symptoms. It seems like I just continue to get worse week after week slowly. I have had new symptoms pop up, but I can't tell what's causing them.

I also don't feel like doing anything. I used to go running every day even if I had to force it when my symptoms were really bad. Since I started taking antibiotics, I don't feel like even going for a walk whatsoever. I also can't sleep at night very well 3-4 hours per night. The one I get has over 20 billion units in a cup. It tastes pretty good and I'm a very picky eater. It's like watery sour cream or yogurt, they have fruit ones which taste a lot better, but the fruit adds a lot of sugar to it so if you're restricting sugar, they wouldn't be good.
