anyone have good or bad reaction to valtrex for EBV-viral treatments

well i stoped the valtrex and feel slightly better..so something wasn't working for me with that or maybe it was killing too much viral stuff..eitehr or had to put on shelf

thats ok, i just think its not for me right now, the valtrex..have you heard its good for the EBV set of virus's. a friend of mine told me it helped him a lot

I have read in diferent places that viral die off can increse yeast-i think this is another thing I have to maybe slow down and deal with..as its a balancing act
as i am sure you know and have seen

i seemed to build up a toxicity to this, it could be that my body is doing what i think is a very good job of detoxing right now-i just feel that given the good BM's i am having; that the valtrex was either too much or my body just didn't like. I will try again in a few months

I am hoping this lactoferrin will decrease the viral load and hopefully my wbc will come back up which i will take as avidence that my viral load is down. I am pretty sure it is doing a very godo job so will test blood in a few weeks and see whats up

my eyes are less filmy the last 2 days, and head is clearer; today i could stand almost 40 mins in infrared sauna without my eyes blowing up with redness

so its mostly good
