rashes?

Oh dear, I have just...............

So I am laying down, I get up, I have a mottle like 3 inches on my neck.
Red. I think maybe it's from laying down but I was laying on my back.

I pull down my shirt, more in the other side of my neck. And then on my chest.

I felt them, they were hotter then the rest of my skin.

Gone after an hour.

I haven't been well enough to go to sauna but when I did, I got mottles big hot ones down my thighs only from hip to top of knees. It would be less rash if I went in more consecutive days in a row. Detoxing more out?

But why now a month later on neck, and not after sauna.

I am not a "heat rash" or rash sensitive type skin person. I am olive complection and never ever burn or have skin sensitivity from lotions etc.

And it's not, pin pricks. It's not like the swipe long Bartonella streaks I've seen. It wider and mottled though some on other side of neck longer and maybe 2 inches thick.

So strange what is happening....................I'm way more naseau as I am sicker.

Hmh. Isn't that something, you and hubby huh? And different "styles" of rash for both of you. You scalp, him torso. Wow.

Well, I know mine isn't from supplements or anything. I started to get it before supplements when I first started to feel sick.

It's more like big red oblong or odd shaped bigger roundish oval or wide fat worm patches that get "hot" but don't itch. Last for an hour and leave.

Typically after a sauna on legs between groin area to knee tops only on front of thighs. Big mottles not pin prick rashes you know?

Yesterday I finally got them on my neck and chest for the first time and they showed not from the sauna but at home. Finally went to sauna today though, and for the first time they didn't show up on my legs or any where after sauna.

Oh well.

Strange all this stuff isn't it?
