I am missing so many doses of medicine because I cannot figure out when to take what, and what I can take together, etc etc etc. Here is a list of what I am taking daily:
Cymbalta-depression
Armour Thyroid-Hashimoto's
Nystatin-yeast
2x a day - Doxy-Lyme
zyrtec-allergies
Supplements:
I know I need to be taking probiotics, but haven't been very regular due to figuring out the timings. What other supplements do you all take and why? When do you take your different meds?
I work out of the home full time, so I'm trying to condense things down where I'm only taking things morning and night. Any suggestions?
