Back in the fall I was tested for Lyme, first test came back as positive and the second not definite. So my PCP said stop the ABX you don't have Lyme because of the second test. Well I did. But over the winter my right shoulder was sore for quite a while and eventually locked up on me. The ortho said xrays are normal and go to PT to regain movement.

Would you insist on another blood test? And is there anyone here with Lyme & Crohns?

Just looking for answers.

Yes I would most definitely insist on testing, but through Igenex. Regular lab testing is very inaccurate. Also, have you looked into seeing an LLMD. If in fact you have lyme, you don't want to waste time and allow the bacteria to get further into your body. Getting to an LLMD fast could save you alot of pain, energy and money.

I don't have Crohns but have a friend who "had" lyme years ago and is suffering terribly with Chrohns. Drs. of course tell her they are unrelated but I think otherwise. She is treating with steroids and just getting worse and worse. ???
