Has anyone lost hair while battling lyme..and if so did it come back?

Yes, I have lost about 1/3 of my hair...started with my eyebrows on the outside edges they just disappeared. Then I started losing tons of hair. I have been in treatment since July of last year and still have thin different textured hair but it stopped falling out as much.

Hey flowergal, do you have tongue spasms as well? Any numbness in your tongue, trouble pronouncing words?

I have had tons of hair loss within the last six months, but I was put on armour thyroid and I had it checked after taking 30 milg. for a while and my thyroid was way off so I quit taking it all at once. It was rough on me for a couple of days. My llmd said I shouldn't have stopped all at once but my hair was falling out!! Kinda freaked me out a little..... I'm pretty sure it was the thyroid meds as it doesn't seem to be coming out as bad.

Not bald yet,

Steve no trouble with tongue spasms. Did initially have trouble saying certain words etc but not recently. Hair loss is a problem, I take biotin to help with that.
