Lyme Co infection confusing test results

HI Everyone. I got my Co-infection test result back today from Igenex but confused and dont see my Dr for 3 weeks.

Any insight is great. Mind you I have been sick 15 years.

I have never been treated for Lyme or co infections at this point. This is what my test says:

Bartonella henselae Antibody IgG - past, recent or current infection has to be considered
