Is this a Bull's Eye (EM) Rash?

I have read that a bull's eye rash (EM) is not always red with a white center. Can it sometimes be a bruise-like rash (I'm tan but not that dark in skin tone)? 

Can someone please look at the link below and let me know if this are a bull's rash from Lyme or is it another tick-borne diease?  The photos were taken 6 - 12 days after removing an embedded deer tick.

Hi - I too am not a doctor

I was dia with LD on June 18th. I had what looked like a spider bite, it got bigger over the next 9 days (5") then became the standard Bulls Eye with the rings (7"). It was on my upper leg screaming red, hot, never itched, was about an 1/8" raised above the regular skin. It did not have a bite mark and I could not find any break in the skin. I am sure everyone reacts differently, did you have to remove the tick and that cause the break in the skin. If not it looks too big for a tiny nasty little tick.

I hope you get better soon. Bottom line it is always better to get checked it could need treatment.
