MojoZ, Feel free to vent here! Only other "lymies" can understand what you're going through.
From my experience, it's pretty normal to have good & bad days with Lyme. My husband's been sicker longer than me, so when he's having a good day, he runs around almost manic trying to get things done, as he is never sure when the next good day will be. But after 6+ yrs being very ill, his good days are outnumbering the bad ones. I think another member here said that the "good" days, in time, will become more frequent.
Before I got sick, I was one of those go-go-go people, always getting stuff done, exercising daily, and sticking to a routine. Now I take it day by day, because it seems like whenever I make plans, I'm stuck in bed for 1/2 the day, or my body hurts so much that I can't exercise, or I'm hanging my head over the toilet from being so nauseated.
So, yes, for most of us, it's normal to have good & bad days...hang in there
