The numbers correspond to protein bands. See the link mentioned at the end of my post for more info on this.
Most LLMD's would assume you have active infection based on these test results, because there are IgM antibodies that are specific to Lyme, and it is actually more common for IgM antibodies to be present in chronic Lyme than for there to be IgG antibodies...
This is because the bacteria that causes Lyme constantly changes its outer surface proteins, thus requiring the immune system to always be generating new antibodies (IgM are "new" antibodies, and then after a few weeks, these IgM antibodies get converted into IgG antibodies).
