Does anyone have any good experiences with Cipro??

My anxiety is through the roof so please refrain from horror stories but I'd like to hear about good results from Cipro if any of you have it. I'm about to start. I'm currently taking ceftin and rifampin and I will add cipro next weekend after I start taking maganesium to help protect my tendons.
