Igm 23 and 41 reactive and HPV 6 past infec, would you recommend still getting tested at Igenex?

My name is Kelly and I've recently been diagnosed with Lyme.  I have a fantastic Doc out of Lexington, KY who thought outside the box when she was trying to figure out what was really going on with my body.   I had been seeing her for 9 months with more and more issues popping up as we tried to adjust my hormones.  I've lived in KY for 5 years and I had never told her that I was from CT.  In June I mentioned I was going to CT for a summer vacation and it clicked for her.  She asked why and I mentioned that I had lived there for 37 years.  At that moment, she said she believed I had Lyme and needed to do some testing.  She told me then that the tests aren't always conclusive but due to many of my symptoms, she believed I had Lyme. 

At the time of testing I went to Quest Diagnostics.  She uses them regularly and I felt confident they would do the right tests.  She mentioned the 2 labs in the country that did more indepth testing but mentioned they were extremely expensive.  Due to finances, I decided to go with regular testing and not go through Igenex. 

My results are as I said above.  Igm23 and 41 reactive and HPV 6 past infection.  I also had severe candida before I started this but as part of trying to deal with all of the symptoms I was having I had done a couple of cleanses and took Diflucan for a couple of months.  I'm still on an almost sugar and carb free diet. 

I've been on Doxy (600 mg) and Zythromax (1000 mg) for 2 months and just had more blood work done.  My CD57 numbers went down instead of up so she's now decreased my Zythromax (500 mg) and added another antibiotic, Plaquenil (200 mg).  She also has me on high doses of Probiotics and other support meds to decrease chances of other problems.  I'm supposed to start getting Meyers infusions next week due to some vitamin deficiency and to assist the antibiotics.  She has also suggested considering Hyperbaric treatment in time. 

At this moment, I'm wondering if I should consider doing blood work through Igenex to give her a more clear path to treat or do you feel that it isn't necessary based on her openness to treat the disease based on how I'm feeling and responding?  I don't want to pay the money if the results won't help her more.  But, I also don't want to be on antibiotics for many, many months if trial and error is what we have to do because I didn't do the more thorough testing. 

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
