Success with short term disability

Received my first check today. Just to let you know how my LLMD filled out my paperwork...Diagnosis was arthropod borne diseaase, arthralgia, fatigue. Also stated that patient has a chronic infection that has slowly eroded her ability to function over years (I was just diagnosed after 12 years of unexplained issues). He also added that my chronic infection has produced unrelenting fatigue, joint pain, nausea, diarrhea. She also has cognitive slowing which makes medical decision making difficult (I am a nurse).

I was very shocked to see that I rceived a check but hey...I have paid for long/short term disability out of my pay every 2 weeks so I am not trying to cheat anyone. Hopefully this can help someone!! Being off and being able to rest and decrease my stress has so helped me and as most of you probably know it is

almost impossible to work on Flagyl!!!!!
