nose bleeds

I have had nose bleeds off and on for years but usually when I have had dry sinuses. It is now summer and no dryness. recently I have been having nose bleeds quote often. When I have them I may have 3-4 in a day. Now, I am taking fish oil, drink turmeric, ginger, and lemon juice about once a week. Plus apparently almost everything I eat is a natural blood thinner so I am going to start keeping track of what I eat/take in comparison to my nose bleeds. Today's nose bleed also spent half the day draining down the back of my throat. I am researching the correlation between Lyme and nose bleeds. Hope you are doing better.

any one have unexplained nose bleeds through the lyme struggle? mine I've had throughout the years, sometimes gushing but pretty easily controlled?
Also had anyone's face broken out in like a pimple kind of rash when you had a very clear complexion before?

Just wondering if any of these symptoms of mine are lyme related. btw-these symptoms come and go for me, not constant.
