Coffee enemas are helpful if you are comfortable doing them, I find that it can aleviate a multitude of symptoms. Lemon water is also helpful. As far as herbs go...milk thistle is a good one for liver support, many people use chlorella(I will say I have a shellfish alergy and chlorella makes me feel funny...I don't use any ocean products, lol, you never know what may have snuck by in processing) You can also take activated charcoal tablets to sop up the mess in your gut, I have done that as well.
Mostly, making sure all your *plumbing* is working will be most helpful- drinking plenty of fluids(lemon water) and getting enough fiber to encourage frequent elimination will help. Oh, greens are an excellent detoxifier, and some people believe you need to increase your protien in order for good detoxing(I am vegan so I don't buy that but you need to decide for yourself what feels right.)
