I just purchased 4 top lyme books , little splurge turn   I bought :

Insights Into Lyme Disease Treatment: 13 Lyme-Literate Health Care Practitioners Share Their Healing Strategies"
Strasheim, Connie

 

"Beyond Lyme Disease: Healing the Underlying Causes of Chronic Illness in People with Borreliosis and Co-Infections"
Strasheim, Connie  ( this one is fairly new on the market I believe )

 

"Beating Lyme Disease Second Edition: Living the Good Life in Spite of Lyme"
David A. Jernigan

 

"The Top 10 Lyme Disease Treatments: Defeat Lyme Disease with the Best of Conventional and Alternative Medicine"
Bryan Rosner

 

 

I also plan on purchasing a dry skin brush , and Dr. Jernigan's botanical protocol set . I want to read his book before choosing a protocol .

I am excited to start !

Wow, good for you!  I think that's so great you are educating yourself and becoming your own advocate for what is best for you. 

When I first became sick I had no idea what was wrong with me and after seeing at least 50 different doctors (no kidding), I really ran out of doctors to see (unless I traveled another 100 miles or more) so I was kind of forced to do my own research and I learned so much about diseases.

My family always put doctors on a pedestal and after my experience with all these doctors who actually told me "I did NOT have lyme" there was no way I could put any doctor on a pedestal and even today I have very little trust in doctors with some minor exceptions.  But that's me.

LottaAnsy, let us know how it goes, you have lots of reading to do!

Congratulations, Lotta!!! turn Learning about what you are about to do is always a good thing!! I'm also so glad that you will be doing the dry skin brushing, and starting on your healing with Dr. J's things!!!

Great, Lotta! I have two of the books you bought...Rosner's and Jernigan's. Also Buhner's.

I am like you and read a lot!
