I know western blot isnt reliable but what is the difference between negative and present on the bands. Negative positive or present

Well usually on an Igenex western blot it is either going to have a +, -, or IND. Positive means that there was fairly strong presence. Negative means no reaction and IND means that they saw some activity but not enough to be a full positive.

Most LLMD's will interpret the IND bands as positive, and certain bands have more significance than others.

What about on the labcorp western blot. It has positive. Negative. Or present. I just had the test done while i was getting my check up.
