ACA rash does it spread by contact?

I've been having a few really bad weeks.

One of the big problems is that the ACA rash is the worse it's ever been.

What I was wondering is if anyone knows if this rash will spread.

I'm a cook and so I wear food gloves alot. My hands are in and out of water alot.

I have an appointment with my LLMD tomorrow but was just wondering if anyone every had any experience with this?

 

I don't know about the ACA rash, but whatever this crazy rash I've had for the last 7 years sure as heck does spread... It started as a small spot on my shoulder...

Now it's two separate spots on the shoulder, one on my left wrist, one on my left hand (knuckle), one on my right hand (back of the hand), on on my face above my upper lip, one on my right forearm, and I keep wondering when/where another spot will emerge...

And each spot grows larger, as well...they start out no bigger than the end of a pencil eraser, then expand from there...

Strange thing is, these rashes do not respond to much of anything (except steroid cream)...

I've tried iodine, essential oils, antibacterial creams, antifungal treatments, etc., etc., and nothing makes them go away...the steroid creams barely work, but oral steroids make them disappear only to have the rashes come back as soon as the steroids wear off...

No doctor I've seen has been able to identify what this rash is...

And the only pictures I've seen online of rashes that comes anywhere close to what these rashes look like are pictures of Lupus rashes...

I guess I'm just sharing your frustration at having to deal with strange rashes and not know for sure what they are...
