My Babesia progress

I just wanted to share my treatment protocol with you all.

Babesia Duncani +, Lyme +, Bartonella clinical +

1.5 months ago I was put on:

Mepron 1 tsp twice a day
600mg Zithromax at night
200 mg of Doxy twice a day.

From the first day until week three, I herxed like crazy, my headaches/head pressure increased. I was very fatigued, plus all my other symptoms from Lyme. I have never had the classical sweating/hair hunger that Babesia causes. Mainly just pressure in my head.

Month 2 I was put on:
all of the above +
Bactrim DS twice a day

7 Days later I added artemisinin, 400mg 3x a day for 3 days, with 4 days off. Repeat.

I had the most powerful herx yet so far. I woke up with severe fatigue and pain in my legs (I have mostly all neuro Lyme and zero muscle/tendon/bone pain, so this was new for me). As soon as I took a detox bath it went away so I knew it was toxins from the die off.

After the 3 days where over, I noticed a significant change in my head. Everything was much more clear and there was less pressure. But the Babesia was very much still there.

I have now added Cryptolepsis with 40 drops in water 3x a day.

When I take the Cryptolepsis, I no longer have any pressure in my head. Instead I get a headache that lasts for a little. Afterward, I feel great.

I just wanted to share what I have been experiencing as it may help someone else out there.

Yeah I did. I live in Maryland. I tested negative for Microti. Hopefully it all goes away completely soon. I have never had any pain in my legs until the night after my huge herx. All I can relate it to was the toxins dying off from the artemisinin. After a few hours it went away. It had felt like I ran 100 miles.

I have had zero gastro issues, stomach pain, vomiting, etc. I have my liver checked once a month and everything comes back normal. The only thing is that my urine is somewhat dark in the morning but thats it. I attribute it to taking Alpha Lipoic Acid, Liver Detox Tea, Vitamin C (4000mg), Vitamin D3, and Resveratrol. I also try to eat very healthy and drink lots of water. As soon as I started the cryptolepsis (3 tsp a day), my head pressure changed immensely and was replaced with a headache. But the difference was that this head pain would only like 30 minutes, compared to days.

One last thing is that I go to Bikram Hot Yoga, which is a heated 105 degree room that you practice yoga in for 90 minutes. You sweat out so much it is great for you and helps cleanse the blood. I think everyone that has Lyme should try it or some sort of yoga combined with a sauna. The stretching allows the medicine to definitely penetrate deeper.
