Not sure if you were trying to respond to another post, or if you set this new thread up on purpose, but your right about the water, rest and supplements!
As for the fatigue, I have found that when I use several herbals and other supplements like valerian, magnesium, & melatonin have helped me tremendously. Although I did have to use an old antidepressant to help out for a long while as well. I don't usually recommend that antidepressants be used for any length of time as they have been proven to actually rewire the brain, they can most certainly be used short term and when there are no other options.
