Who can I go see for a Doc in the New England area that is very experience in Lyme?

I am in Maine and feel that I am at the point where I need to move to the next step. I would like people's suggestions on who I could go see that would give me the best chance at beating this. I know we are not supposed to give names out on the forum so if that is the case, could you email me suggestions? It doesn't necessarily have to be an actual Doc, I am open for any suggestions.
