The last two months I have been feeling great on just Tindamax. Now the LLMD has added Sulfamethoxazole to the mix. I have only been on it a few days and am wondering how others reacted to this combination?

So far I have had some symptoms increase but mostly bad headaches...which were gone :(.

Any thoughts?

Hi flowergal,

I just started Tindamax (previously on Doxy and clindamycin) and am tolerating it pretty well. I can't comment on the addition of Sulfamethoxazole. Sorry. Hopefully, you are doing better the last couple of days.

Thanks Summer, it seems the headaches and stomach aches have subsided. Hope it stays that way!

I'm on Bactrim DS and Flagyl with some other meds. I herxed badly on Bactrim in the 3rd week, but I had a fantastic 2nd week on it. Now I'm kind of headed downhill again which is a typical pattern for me. Bactrim is one of the tougher ones for me to take though. Lots of exhaustion, fevers, spaciness etc.
