When to take probiotics?

I am very torn on this. Some say right after breakfast or meal because of stomach acid destroying it if on empty stomach. So i dont know..

The one I take says to take it in between meals like between lunch and dinner.

I take mine 20 minutes before I eat

If you are taking antibiotics or anything similar my doctor and the lab where I purchase my probiotics states to take it about 2 hours after taking the antibiotic.

That is when I take mine, 2 hours after abx.
