Oh man!! Talk about
reek! That was me before I could start detoxing very much! I grossed myself out as soon as I started to sweat - rather embarrassing in public, so it's a good thing I wasn't out in public much!
It's quite likely that it's the toxins building that you are smelling, so be sure to do all that your body will tolerate to detox. Are you doing green smoothies or anything where you can take in large amounts of greens daily? That helped me a lot when I couldn't detox enough because my body wouldn't allow it. I also use green tea capsules! I take twice the amount it says on the bottle, but it's helped in many ways, including how it played a major role in reversing my bone loss!
Exercising can be as simple as a walk around the house, if you are feeling poorly. Be careful to not push your body too hard. We have a treadmill that I like to use. I only walk as far as I feel I can handle without having to worry about
being able to make it back home!! LOL!
You can also sit in a steamy bathroom for a bit (but be very careful as you can get quite dizzy from this!) and that will help you sweat out toxins.

Okay, now that I have that thought stuck in my brain - wet fox
and stale cooking fat?? Wow! Although I'm sure it was better than the way I smelled some days! Some days I swear I could smell myself decomposing. It's funny how a person can learn what they smell like though when they need to detox! My scientist daughter giggles when I tell her I can smell that I need to detox more!
