Bartonella or Babesia

Sorry for so many posts lately...I'm just so confused. So here are my symptoms that I can't quite figure out where they go...

Years ago and recently....no technical UTI but blood in urine...is this bart or babs??
urge to cough but no horrendous coughing episodes
jerking movements when trying to sleep
itchy eye (never both at the same time)
sore throat

I'm praying that I don't have both Bart and Babs, that would seem like a nightmare. On the blood test my liver enzymes are very low, sed rate is normal, platelet count everything etc. My RBC is towards the lower end within normal range though so I'm just thinking if I did have babs for 5 years that something would have showed up in the bloodwork.
