Does UMR cover a CD57?

I am 19 years old with headaches everyday, tired consistently, memory is horrible, My body is always hurting I can not sleep through the night without a heating pad. I need to know if anyone has had luck getting it covered by UMR. Is it considered experimental? I just want to feel better :'( My dad has Lyme and I heard it is possible that you can get it if your parents have it. Someone help :'(

With Lyme testing (specialty tests that is) you can pretty much bet on them NOT being covered by insurance. However, you can always try to get things reimbursed just don't get tests that you can absolutely not afford to pay for. The CD57 at Igenex is about $140. The western blot is about $200.
