hair and nails almost stopped growing

me too,

my hairdresser use to say how fast my hair grew

I have not had a hair cut in over a year.... :(

nails dont grow as fast either

the only positive is, is i saved a bit of money from not having hair cuts

so many others things to deal with

My hair used to grow a little under 2" a month. Over the past 2 years it grew maybe 2" total. Last month it started growing again. It grew almost 3". It's still nit as full, still falling out but it's gaining some thickness and length. I actually cut my fingernails 2 times in January because they were getting really long. Hope this stays. My doc said that it takes about 3 months from a good thing happening for you to see the positive results in hair and nails. I know my husband just did a 1 month anti candida cleanse and ended up with his receding hairline growing back in. It was crazy but he's gained about 1" of thin but new hair so candida can also cause hair growth issues.
