completely off topic, but just to say I love goat cheese. And it's really healthy.
I like the one that is made of raw milk, at the farm.
I'm dribbling now...
Just an idea: bake them until they have a nice crust (cover them with battered egg, then with breadcrumbs (sorry gluten) and bake thme), and put them on letuce with some mustard dressing...
Or on a roasted leaf of bread, some good green pesto on top of it, and some olive oil...
