PCP/llmd in NYC?

Hi everyone,
I have a good lyme doctor, but need to find a new PCP since the old one refused to think I could have lyme -- which of course I do! I guess most of you have "seen this movie" before! But I simply can't go back to hear, knowing how wrong (and patronizing to me!) she was.

So does anyone know of a PCP who is 1) in NYC and 2) taking new patients and 3) at least a little bit sympathetic to the reality of the lyme and co. nightmare?
