I appreciate this post.
for me, I wrote down a scheudle,
about what time to wake up cause I have to stuff away from food
than breakfast, meds
lunch, etc
nap,
time for errands
time for hobbies,
supplement away from food
dinner meds
snack, wait at least an hr and half
supplment without food
nite time supplement sometimes
medition, pray that I can get well, sleep
and do it all over again
I feel like suhc a freak that i have a thing of what I am dong each hour, basially
like i am in school or something, ugh my life...
but that is the only way it works for me for now.
I have cute baskets I keep my countless supplements in
and the schudle paper folded in one of them.

I am trying to sell my house, so I dont dare keep a poster size schedule up that would be easier for me though
it is to exhausting clearing everything away and keeping things presentable in my home
God help me though this, things are rough
