I was thinking of trying to start chlorella, given its reputation for pulling metals from your body. Anyone know what works best in combination with this? I know cilantro is supposed to help but I think I'm allergic.

Lots of greens. I know some people here use a greens mix that they drink. If you have a juicer or even just a blender, you could make greens juice or smoothies.

Jake,
How do you know that you might be allergic to Cilantro? I am curious. Have you tried it?

I got tested for some food allergies not that long ago and cilantro was one of the many on the list. I'm not sure if a liquid form of it would be different than food though, but the stuff is kinda expensive to try.
