Is there anyone here who has done this test: Borrelia Elispot-LTT (LymphocyteTransformationsTest).
My dr prescribed it, and I'm curious about
your possible experience.
Thanks all!

Yes I have.
Apparently it provides an indication of actual cellular activity against Bb so provides a measure of infection rather than an indication of past infection (regardless of whether its on going or not). The Ausberg clinic are highly thought of in Europe and Infectolabs considered a reputable lab.
I have a positive IgeneX IgM and subsequently had a positive Elispot LTT. I haven't had it redone yet but still feel awful so not much point.
I do have to say though, I am highly dubious of any test that claims to be an accurate means of tracking progress of treatment and outside of enrichment culture and PCR testing any test that can tell you whether its gone and you are cured! Even the latter seems wholly dependant on bacteria being in your blood sample and being a known species which can be identified. Of course I'm sure the labs claim otherwise but imo once you have tested positive treat based on symptoms and ascertain the end point when you have been symptom free for a significant period of time!
Loads of people on the yahoo group Eurolyme have experience with Infectolabs and the LTT.
