Looking for an excellent LLMD in the NYC area

Any help - appreciated. I'd like to find an excellent LLMS in the NYC area who might be open to working with me from a distance.

I originally used to live in the NYC area but right now I'm in my native Bulgaria due to this horrible disease. I'm receiving some ABX treatment currently here in Bulgaria (do not have insurance in USA and haven't been able to work for 2 years!) and I need help from my family for the daily tasks. I'd like to find a doctor who will be open to start working with me long-distance, over the phone/internet. Eventually I hope to be well enough to return to NYC and continue the recovery there.
