Mod's, could you help me with a signature question?

I put in my signature. To see if it shows up I put a period only (.)

the period showed up in my post, and so did my sig underneath.

But if I write, my sig disappears.

Do you know what is wrong?

I edited the first above post. So it's NOT showing my signature.

It did show my signature though when I first did the "test" and posted only a period=(.)


I have just posted this particular post to confirm this and have not edited this one which is the third post.

I did not go in and edit second post, so my sig is showing up but only because I did not go into edit.

Is this normal?
